Should I replace my kitchen to sell my house or just paint the cabinets? What color?
And speaking of the kitchen, what color should I choose for your cabinets, floors, countertops and I could go on.
Should I rip up my laminate floors or carpeting to put down hardwood?
Whether you are wanting to get your house ready to sell and you want to earn the maximum amount for your home, or you want to stay in your home and you have design questions, I offer 2 hour consults to go through your home and discuss what you need for your home.
We will pack as much as we can into the two hours and I will email you a detailed list of what we discussed and decided upon. In my report I will list any items that you need to purchase. For an additional fee, I can oversee the project you are undertaking and helping you source & select materials, product etc.

Initial Consultation 2 HRS $250 (+GST)
Additional or follow-up hours $100 hr
There is a 2 hour charge for the Initial Appointment. I don’t reduce the fee for shorter appointments so pick my brain for the full 2 hours. Additional time or follow-up appointment hours are billed at $100 hr.

Staging houses was just starting to become popular. I watched every staging show on HGTV that I could find. I was very nervous staging my first house, but the sellers liked their newly redesigned home so much that they turned down an offer for full asking price. I went back to design school and have never looked back. Since 2006, I have been staging, designing, and buying “fixer uppers” either to sell for a healthy profit or to rent them out.
